For users who sign in via Google or Apple, we do not collect or store your password. For users who sign in via email, your account information is used only for authentication, account management, and in-app personalization. It is not used for advertising or cross-platform tracking.

- 1.2 Image Processing Functions
- Information Collection: When you use AI-generated functions such as image-to-video conversion, you need to actively upload photos containing portraits, objects, or scenes. If the photo you upload contains facial data, our algorithm will temporarily analyze these facial features to complete your instructions in order to achieve accurate image processing and optimization (such as facial restoration or style transfer). We solemnly promise that such analysis will only be used for this image processing task and will never be used to identify you, for marketing purposes, or for any other purpose unrelated to providing the service, nor will it be shared with any third party.
- Purpose of Use: The sole purpose of this information is to provide you with the image processing services you request, based on your instructions (e.g., analyzing facial features to better perform facial retouching or style transfer).
- Data Usage: We do not store the images you upload or any personal information associated with them. These images are used only to generate the required visual effects within the application, ensuring accurate alignment of facial features and improving the accuracy and personalization of AI-generated content.
- Data Processing Method:
- Transmission and Storage: The images you upload will be temporarily uploaded to our encrypted server for processing. After processing, both the original and processed images will be stored on our encrypted server.
2. Uploading Personal Images for Style Generation
We now offer a feature where you can upload your favorite images to generate corresponding styled visuals. Here's how it works:
- Uploaded Images: When you upload an image, it is temporarily used to generate the styled visual based on the image’s attributes. These images are stored locally on your device and are not shared with us.
- Data Use: We do not store the images you upload or any personal details linked to them. The image is only used for the purpose of generating the requested styled visuals within the app.
3. Facial Data Collection and Usage
To provide our AI-enhanced image generation features, AI Imagery collects minimal facial data, including facial landmarks (such as the position of eyes, nose, and mouth), feature details like contours and proportions, and uploaded photos containing facial information provided voluntarily by users.
The facial data collected is used solely to generate personalized, high-quality images based on user-selected styles, ensure accurate alignment of visual effects on facial features, and enhance the precision and personalization of the AI-generated content.
All processing of facial data occurs securely and privately. Facial data is stored temporarily on encrypted servers strictly for the purpose of processing AI-generated results and is automatically deleted after the process is complete. Typically, this retention period does not exceed **24 hours**, ensuring your data remains safe and transient.
We do not share any facial data with third parties under any circumstances.
4. How We Use Your Data (The Short Version: We Keep It Simple)
The data we collect helps us deliver a better, more personalized experience for you:
- App Operation: The data helps us ensure the app works properly and delivers the features you expect.
- Improvement & Updates: Usage data helps us improve the app, fix bugs, and add new features.
- Payment Processing: If you subscribe, payment details are used to manage your subscription through the App Store. We don’t handle payments directly.
We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties. Ever.
