- No Sign-Up, No Account: You can use AI Imagery without ever creating an account. There’s no need for registration or personal info to generate images.
- No Images Stored on Our Servers: The images you create stay on your device only. We do not collect, store, or share any generated images. Everything stays private and local to your device.
- No Collection of Personal Data: We don’t collect personal identifiers like your name, email, or address.
However, we do gather basic, non-identifiable data to enhance your experience. Here’s what we do collect:
- Device Information: To optimize your experience, we collect technical information about the device you're using (e.g., device model, operating system version). This helps us ensure the app works well across different devices.
- Usage Data: We track how you use the app — which features you interact with, how often you use it, etc. This helps us improve our app and tailor it to your preferences.
- Payment Information (via Apple): If you choose to subscribe, all payment data is securely handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your full payment details — everything is processed by Apple’s system, which is fully secure.
We now offer a feature where you can upload your favorite images to generate corresponding styled visuals. Here's how it works:
- Uploaded Images: When you upload an image, it is temporarily used to generate the styled visual based on the image’s attributes. These images are stored locally on your device and are not shared with us.
- Data Use: We do not store the images you upload or any personal details linked to them. The image is only used for the purpose of generating the requested styled visuals within the app.
To provide our AI-enhanced image generation features, AI Imagery collects minimal facial data, including facial landmarks (such as the position of eyes, nose, and mouth), feature details like contours and proportions, and uploaded photos containing facial information provided voluntarily by users.
The facial data collected is used solely to generate personalized, high-quality images based on user-selected styles, ensure accurate alignment of visual effects on facial features, and enhance the precision and personalization of the AI-generated content.
All processing of facial data occurs securely and privately. Facial data is stored temporarily on encrypted servers strictly for the purpose of processing AI-generated results and is automatically deleted after the process is complete. Typically, this retention period does not exceed **24 hours**, ensuring your data remains safe and transient.
We do not share any facial data with third parties under any circumstances.
The data we collect helps us deliver a better, more personalized experience for you:
- App Operation: The data helps us ensure the app works properly and delivers the features you expect.
- Improvement & Updates: Usage data helps us improve the app, fix bugs, and add new features.
- Payment Processing: If you subscribe, payment details are used to manage your subscription through the App Store. We don’t handle payments directly.
We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties. Ever.
We don’t share, trade, or sell any personal data you might have provided. Your privacy is a priority.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. While we take all precautions to keep your data safe, please remember that any transmission of data over the internet involves inherent risks.

You own your data. Here’s what you can do:
- Access & Control: You can see what data we collect and request corrections. Since we don’t store images or personal info, there’s very little to manage. Most of your data stays on your device.
- Manage Subscriptions: If you subscribe, you can manage your subscription directly through your iTunes account settings — cancel or modify at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in how we operate, new features, or legal obligations. Whenever we do, we’ll update the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy.
